Gastronomic dinnerFor Corporate/Executive hunts a three course gastronomic dinner is served which is prepared by Domaine Bois de la Gineste’s Chef M. Frédéric Revilla that - when not being Chef at Domaine Bois de la Gineste - is running one of the region’s best restaurants "Le Faitout" at Berloup. The dinner is accompanied by a selection of fine Saint Chinian wines.
For Luxury hunts a one course barbecue dinner is served as a late lunch, accompanied by fine Saint Chinian wines.
Also “Hors Class” hunts are offered. For these a five course “Michelin Star” class dinner prepared by Domaine Bois de la Gineste’s Chef M. Frédéric Revilla is served with a corresponding high class wine menu including Champagne as aperitif and Sauterne for desserts.
After hunt diningFollowing the evening hunt a hot meal is served at the barbecue place in the forest.
